Possible....only been 38 hours....thanks for the link....another problem I have is getting past the EAQ board and talking to a real person
"GLITCH".....smalitch..... they sent me a notification and I appealed..... there should be no such thing as a "glitch"..... more likely they can not justify their actions and are abusing their own system

No that, would not be the reason at all. Response time seems to vary, I've had replies In less than an hour other times a week which leads me to believe it could depend on the workload; sometimes I've never heard back which would indicate there is a periodic glitch and my appeal has been lost. All you can do is wait.

If by protested you mean you appealed it, how long has it been? Although they try to answer within 48 hours, customer care often misses that deadline. If it has been 30 days or longer, you can reach them and ask about it at this link:
