weight loss question women only?

I'm 19 now and overweigth I've already got my new diet and exercise planned the problem is my friend has been on a diet and says that her skin has gone all baggy and disgusting especially on her boobs how can I avoid this?

also my friend wants to know how to fix this wich doesn't involve putting weight on again

    You avoid it by not losing weight too fast..the faster your body changes in size, the more likely you are to have stretch marks and loose skin...

    If you are severely obese, you may not be able to avoid having loose skin...it really depends on how much you have to lose...

    If you make a huge difference in your diet all the sudden and you loss too much weight too fast then you'll get stretch marks and your skin will look weak. If you shrink too fast then your skin wont have enough time to adjust.

    To avoid this you need to gradually improve your diet and gradually increase your workout intensity.

    I would keep to a maximum of 1 to 5 lbs a week. (depends on your body fat percentage). Don't expect to see a big difference in a couple of weeks. Take it slow.
