Should I worry about rabies?

The dog in question belongs to a trainer at a facility I was at with my own dog. The trainer's broke off leash outside next to the road and was bounding about. I caught said dog by tackling it to ground. In the confusion I nicked/scraped my thumb on what was presumably the dog's tooth. The nick bled and I went home and washed it out really good with soap and water for about 20 minutes. Then we confirmed the dog's paperwork. It's rabies vaccination is good until September 2016. The dog looked and behaved normally in the facility when it was running around with the other dogs including my own. And the owner/trainer said the dog's never been bitten by or had fights with other animals of any kind.

So the question is, should there be any concern for rabies?

Update:

I got checked out by my doctor the next day. I went in for a tetanus booster and told him about what happened. After I told him that we confirmed the dog had been vaccinated, he didn't mention anything about rabies after that. I suppose that meant he wasn't concerned if the dog was up to date on the vaccinations.

Update 2:

11 days after the incident and the dog is totally fine. Standard observation is 10 days. I should be all clear. Chalk this one up as a win for the very strict vaccination laws in my county and state.

no concern whatsoever then don't worry it will be fine as the dog was vaccinated and is showing no symptoms at all its just a dog bite

You will be fine, obviously. No need to be concerned. c:
