The dog in question belongs to a trainer at a facility I was at with my own dog. The trainer's broke off leash outside next to the road and was bounding about. I caught said dog by tackling it to ground. In the confusion I nicked/scraped my thumb on what was presumably the dog's tooth. The nick bled and I went home and washed it out really good with soap and water for about 20 minutes. Then we confirmed the dog's paperwork. It's rabies vaccination is good until September 2016. The dog looked and behaved normally in the facility when it was running around with the other dogs including my own. And the owner/trainer said the dog's never been bitten by or had fights with other animals of any kind.
So the question is, should there be any concern for rabies?
