Why does minecraft keep crashing?
So my little sister just got a new laptop, it's a refurbished one but my dad wiped it clean and put in all of the basics. Microsoft office, internet explorer, google chrome, security essentials, java, ect. So, I just downloaded minecraft in it. No mods, no forge, no texture packs, nothing. Just plain minecraft. Well, the launcher loads but when she clicks Play, it comes up with a crash report. It won't let her get on. I've deleted/uninstalled minecraft and reinstalled it a few times, but it does the same thing every time. Does anyone know why? How do I fix it?

There probably isn't enough RAM. Unless you have at least 2 GB this is your problem. Otherwise, try reinstalling Java and search keywords from the crash report.
