PROBABLY but,
It could also be any of these reasons:
she does that so that YOU like her all her status as well
she just thinks you´re cool
she´s friendly so she does this often with other ppl, too
she wants to become friends (or at least get to know you, only as a friend)
Think about all the options here,
but if she starts commenting on your status or you see that she treats you in a special way (and she´s not one of those super friendly ppl) then she probably does like you.

Just talk to her in person. Tell her you would like to send a friend request on facebook. Get her permission first. Then if you communicate with her on facebook she will know you just started communicating. Good luck!

She may just wants to get to know you or you post funny or interesting Facebook statuses .... lol

Depends on your status. If they say random things or that you're bored then she wants your attention. If they are funny or insightful, she may just agree with them and may or may not want to be friends.
