Is the "majic" brand of red oxide primer any goodand is it wet-sandable?

I'm repainting a vintage bike. I've bought a couple of sporay cans of the "Majic" brand red oxide primer.

Has anyone used this primer before? Is it wet-sandable? I need to wet sand it, and the paint to get the smooth finish that I want.

I bought it for fairly cheap and have already started applying it to my chainguard. Does anyone have any suggestions/reviews of this primer?

I also bought paint of the same brand.

If there's anyone who used this brand of primers/paints, I'd appreciate a review or suggestion.

I don't know the brand but I have used certainly cheap primer ($.99) and they are all wet sandable and about the same so far as I could see. You can buy a primer especially thick designed for heavy duty sanding. Red oxide (at least in color) derived from the highly effective-highly toxic Red Lead, which was red by nature. The Red Oxide has no rust stopping ability, but simply apes the older product. The fact that they are both from the same manufacturer is promising--if you believe that they are together enough to have a system.
