Need help with Wacom.com downloads?

So I just got a Intuos Pen Tablet for Christmas. So today I went on the website to download my free software that comes with it and did the Sign Up and Registration. Then I chose the products I wanted to download (Autodesk Sketchbook Express and ArtRage 3 Studio) and clicked Download on the first one. For about ten minutes it was loading and I was starting to get impatient, so I went to Download on my computer and I couldn't see any trace that the thing was downloading at all. It just keeps loading! And it says I only get two chances to download it, so I don't want to use those up and be stuck.

When will it start to download? Do I need to do something? Should I just wait a while?

Thanks, Mujer Alta. I have installed my tablet and it works just fine. But my problem is really the downloads. They don't seem to be downloading. The page just keeps loading.

    Be sure the tablet is installed on your computer. To "install" it, install its driver

    A lot of people get tablets for Christmas so today and the next few days there's going to be a load on Wacom's servers. You're going to have to be really patient if you plan on downloading the software this week. I'd wait a few days to download the software just to lessen the likelihood of something going wrong with the download.
