Why were we dishonestly taught that all good people who die go to heaven?

Ignorance is darkness. The world is full of it. The term 'burn' is a loose rendering, but in a sense Souls do burn. To be exact, the flesh body is no more, so the Soul can not feel sensual pain. Actually, the Soul thirsts, because of the darkness and lack of understanding. Only the light and love of the Father Spirit can quench the thirst. On that note, God is also, the Fire. So, it will depend upon the acceptance of the individual Soul to kneel to the conclusion that Christ is King.

We were given Christs Great Commission to give the Good News/ Gospels to all the world , Give the word to the dying world , that "Gods not mad at us " ., He is satisfied .,
