I also have really chapped lips if I don't constantly use lip balm. :/

    I use Vaseline, actually.

I do keep several lip balms on me, but I used an empty Blistex DCT container (the peach colored one)

and filled it with Vaseline and keep it in my bag. You can also use an old lip gloss container with an applicator, wash it out and push some Vaseline down inside

for easier application and just use that.

One of the things I do in the morning and evening is slather on Vaseline immediately after brushing my teeth.

The water seems to "plump" the lips and applying the Vaseline helps hold the moisture in and so

    my lips become super-soft.

I also exfoliate with a toothbrush or damp washcloth and then apply Vaseline when doing my makeup.

And avoid any pale, matte lipsticks as these can be very drying. Use moisturizing lip color.

I really like the Buttershine line by Clinique, but anything that says "moisturizing" or "hydrating" is good.

The minute your lips start to feel dry, apply more product.

I also really love the lip balm by Neosporin and Aquaphor. A little pricey, but they're really good quality.

    Hope this helps.

    Vaseline (it actually works!)

    Fresh Sugar Lip Scrub

    Lush Lip Scrub

there are so many but just to name a few :))

if all else fails, just try to keep a mini one in your purse or something and keep putting it on throughout the day.

the more coats you put on, the more it will last

Lucas Pawpaw ointment. I swear to God it is the best thing ever, and it's not only for chapped lips, you can use it on cuts, scrapes, burns, splinters, rashes. My lips were SO dry and wouldn't stop bleeding and I used this, just kept applying it and VOILA my lips are perfeeeect now!

I use a coconut oil moisturizer called CapriClear. It's really good for chapped lips, works well for dry skin!

Exfoliate using olive oil and sugar with a wet cloth and vaseline

Vaseline. You should be able to get a tub of it at the dollar store, and that's what I use to take off my makeup because it leaves your skin super soft and clean. (:

    Good luck.
