All ego projections are "for giving" to Holy Spirit?
this is a somewhat different slant on "forgiving," which is usually meant to be done as one human to another with, usually, compassion and love...but what if we, as ego-bound humans are incapable of forgiveness...what if, because we as egos project onto "others," we are seeing only illusionary hurt, slights, pain, etc....even illusionary "healing" through forgiveness...inasmuch as all experience within the illusion is unreal, then even forgiveness here is unreal...how then to achieve what we call forgiveness at a more meaningful level...
what if we are to consider a new way, a true way...if we cannot heal ourselves (from this dream of separation), then we must go to higher consciousness, so that: all projections of separation (hurt, slights, pain, etc., included) are seen as "for" "giving" to Holy Spirit, who intermediates between the Real and the unreal, between spirit and flesh, between body and mind...and in doing so erases all that is not True...including ideas of separation...
as long as we live in the illusion, dreaming ourselves to be separated beings, we cannot gain the oneness that we say forgiveness offers...we can either know ourselves as whole, pure beings or see ourselves as sinful, hopeless, errant beings who need to forgive one another our various "sins"...there are no other options...
we either are or we aren't as originally created...pure, whole, blessed beings...our error in seeking forgiveness is that we hold to the idea that "we" can bring about oneness (togetherness), while still being in a dreaming state of separation...the only real solution is to recognize that our present condition (consciousness) can only be lifted through higher efforts, the efforts of the agent of God/Source, the Holy Spirit, who alone knows the way to awaken us from our slumber...
thus, all of our separation thinking (projections) are "for giving" to Holy Spirit to heal and whole, bringing us in consciousness to awakening to our true and original perfect and pure nature...in his hands we come to know the Truth...
if the term Holy Spirit is uncomfortable, please substitute from your own culture or system similar words...the bottom line, though, is that forgiving is "for giving" to Holy Spirit, who alone bridges between Source and us dreamers to reveal our true nature...
please let me assure you that i have no religious affiliation but, as with many of you, have studied many different disciplines over the decades...so please open your heart to the greater meaning of "for giving" (to a higher power)...

Edit for clarity: what comes to me over and over is reframing the word "forgiving" into two parts so that it becomes “for” and “giving,” and allowing an opening to the greater meaning of realizing the event or situation or person is “for giving” to Holy Spirit to transform it from an outer condition to a nonexistent one...in this way one lets go of any self-concept or perception and turns the supposed affront over to Holy Spirit for transmutation or cleansing or erasure...by clearly seeing the situation as one that is “for” “giving” to our higher consciousness, one moves an important step away from the harmful and ego-bound view that sees an “other” as having harmed itself...”giving” the situation to Holy Spirit provides healing, and is the only true solution...it is sharply contrasted to the commonly accepted way of putting our power in the hands of a false, nonexistent ego that creates a convoluted story of slight and pain and presumed healing through an often shallow or t

It has been said that "heaven opens", and I have seen how that is possible. There is a state of being, when inner senses are ignited giving the physical eyes new sight. This place offers new meaning and understanding to the illusory.
With the seeing of the connectedness of all things, and the understanding that we the individual have attracted the other people or event into our sphere of notice....we then can see the reason for all things happening around us.
It is almost a paradox. The stronger the sense of self is, the more clear the sensation of connectedness becomes.
The abilities of consciousness become known and also the heart....living from the heart assists the inner senses to come to life and enhance the experience.
The illusion makes sense. "Love thy neighbour as thyself". If you can know the true meaning of that line.....you can know the meaning of "to thine own self be true" and if you can embody that...you can master seeing through the eyes of your higher self.

This, I think, is the crux of the matter... and that nature is what? We approach an area that there are no words to express. Source is undefinable... it defies definition. And the essential part of us is a microcosm of that... and too is undefinable. In fact both Christna and Shankaracharya teach that it is inaccessible to the mind and the senses. Whatever Source is, it can only exist as an idea since it cannot be known. If it could be known then it could not exist as Absolute. Anyway, whatever it is, it manifested out of the void apparently in hopes of attaining clear self-consciousness. It is innumerable, indivisible, unchangeable. Yet here is a universe full of numbering, division, and change and it all has to stem from the Absolute which is none of these. This is ITS dream, to experience every possible scenario of being what IT is not. Same as in our dreams, when we dream them, it is not real and when we awake they quickly fade. In ITS dream, there is an upward attraction of consciousness away from the gross, dense material realm toward spirit and an equal but opposite attraction down. The soul decides between body and spirit. It would seem we are microcosms of the greater whole, like cells, that are full of the pure infinite consciousness from which they emanate in a dream, whose purpose is to keep mutating to allow the Experiencer to Experience the Experience of which we are the awareness of the experience. You are right I believe. We must give this experience to Source through the Holy Spirit, or Vishnu, both synonymous as "Mother" in various theologies but in essence are simply a manifestation of Solar Energy as are the other two aspects of the principle of Life, Creation and Destruction, the Holy Spirit/Vishnu aspect being Preservation. Doesn't matter if it appears to one as a bad experience, it needs to be given, as you say, with non-attachment and dispassion. Somehow this consciousness which we are is evolving toward its original purity but in terrestrial form. We call it enlightenment and apply it to ourselves when in reality there is no I or Me.
