How should I configure my first aid kit?

I just received my supplies and pouch (condor rip-away emt pouch) but I'm not sure what to include from the supplies in the kit. Here's what I have:

-20 2x3 nonstick pads

-10 knuckle, 10 fingertip, and 30 1"x3" fabric bandages

-25 4x4 and 25 3x3 sterile gauze pads

-6 5x9 ABD pads

-2 oval eye pads

-1 SWAT tourniquet

-1 space/emergency blanket

-1 CPR shield

-6 rolls of 4"x4.1 yd sterile gauze

-1 z-pak gauze

-6 burnjel packets

-25 triple antibiotic packets

-1 pair of 5.5" emt shears

-1 sterile bandage scissors

-1 tweezer

-20 3M suture strips

-10 butterflies

-2 rolls of durapore tape

-2 triangle bandages

-100 alcohol wipes

-4 oz sterile eye wash

-20 3" kidney moleskin

-1 150 lumen flashlight

Which items should I include and in what quantities? Thanks!

Sounds perfect. You might want to include needle and thread in case stitches are needed..
