You didn't tell us the model phone and it differs. Google the model name and screen shot and you should find an answer. On most recent Samsungs swipe the side of your hand across the screen from left to right

There's no specific device stated therefore I can't help you. Though, for most Apple devices you just press the "Home" button and the On/Off button at the same time to take it. And for some Samsung devices (i.e. Galaxy S3, etc.) you swipe your hand across the screen from left to right, or right to left.

It differs . Which phone do you have if you have an iphone press and hold the button ..... if you have androids press and hold the unlock and the main button ........ and On most recent Samsungs swipe the side of your hand across the screen from left to right
