Best drugstore foundation?

Hi! so I'm looking for a good drugstore foundation. I just purchased the trublend by covergirl and I am not impressed. Contrary to the name, it wouldn't blend with my skin, it just sat there in patches. I have very fair skin (I'm usually the lightest shade) and dry skin. I've heard nice things about the covergirl outlast stay fabulous foundation, and the fit me foundation, but is it worth the hype? Please leave some suggestions and what you've tried from the drugstore and how you liked it Also, if you know of any good eyeliners (brown) and blushes, I would appreciate that too, thanks so much!
