got refund on paypal but haven't paid credit card bill yet, how do i get the refund? PLZ READ DESCRIPTION.?

so i got a refund from ebay on paypal. thing is, the charge still shows on my credit card bill. i haven't paid it yet, but i'm wondering if the charge will disappear soon or what. because my bill is due soon and i don't wanna have to pay what was supposed to be refunded already.

    Manually sign on to paypal. Find the refund. It should show as, say +$20, then -$20 as it bounces back to the card.

    My card issue doesn't show refunds until it runs the monthly billing cycle.
