the only thing i remember is there was a white boy and black boy who were friends in elementary school. they went back in time to the time to around when martin luther king jr was about to do his "i have a dream" speech. because of segregation they were surprised they couldn t be friends. there was a fountain where white kids could drink and another designated for black kids.

i think the movie ends with them waking up, back to present time. it may have been a cartoon.

This is something that has always confused me.

I know if 2 people are negative for stds and have sex (assuming they only have sex with each other) they can t create stds. Then where did STDs come from then?

In theory, a group of lets say 8 people can all have sex with each other and as long as they are all std-free no stds would be created?

Is it because one gave oral while having a cold sore or what?

Also, it s fine to have unprotected sex if both don t have stds right? For straight (assuming they re ok with getting prego), gay, and lesbian couples?

like many writers, i am trying to get at least some of my work published. i've tried online submissions for quite some time now (more than a year) but no luck with that. i'm wondering what are the other ways to try to get published. preferably i'd like to be published in a literary magazine, like the new yorker (that's my ultimate goal). so if anyone knows for sure, should i just go ahead and do it the old fashion way by snail mailing my works? or putting it in a profolio? thanks for the help in advance
