as you can see, the before and after is very different and I was wondering how I create that antique glow and such in my photos using photoshop.

These are just photoshop actions.
If you have the full version of Photoshop, you can record your own actions - there are also many websites which offer free pre-recorded actions.
This tutorial should give you an idea how to create such color effects: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3wPootx8W80 - if you record these steps as an action in Photoshop, you can apply the same edit automatically to as many photos as you want.
