I'm a bisexual male and I want to know if the guy I like is gay or bi?? Help please!!?

Basically we've hugged, stared at each other numerous times and always glance at each other, we've cuddled each other, he's checked out my butt and my body when i reached up to grab something and my shirt went up, when he was in the shower he said my name and was like come join me!, hes sent me kisses in text you know like the "xxxx" or "xoxo", ive kissed him on his head and cheek multiple times, I rubbed his leg once and we both laughed (We weren't serious)... I don't think, we've winked at each other, he was staring at me while i was sleeping in math class (my best friend told me) We've held hands but it was jokingly I think on both parts, we said we loved each other but again it was jokingly i think, he's put his head down on my shoulder while we were hugging, he looks away whenever i look at him now because he sees that im looking over, he told me he liked the cuddling also... When I first started to like him he was pretty good with he didn't mind, I got my friend to walk over to him and tell him I like him so she did and he said oh thats fine and she asked him is he bi and he said "As far as I know im not bi" and then she came over and told me the conversation they had and i looked over at him and he was already looking at me and smiled, Do you think hes gay or bi or what? Also keep in mind, me and him are both 16, its been a couple months since we done all that stuff and we dont talk as much now but he still always looks at me, one of his best friends of 5 years think he is gay or bi, also my friend asked him once he said as far as i know im not, i also asked him once and that was months ago, im not intending on asking him again because hes denied it twice.. What do you think??
