Angel Beats- not a ton of romance, but the story is both fun and sad. This one might not appeal to you, because it does have some action/ blood.
Your Lie in April- a really sad and dramatic music anime with a beautiful story, beautiful art, and beautiful music. Has some romance, too.
Anohana- I think you would really like this one, as the story is very sweet but also sad. The relationships between the characters are really nice.
If you don't mind a bit of tsundere, I recommend Inu x Boku SS. It's similar to Kamisama Kiss in some ways; both have a guy who can transform into/ is a white fox who also takes care of a girl. Inu x Boku SS is more of a comedy anime than any of the others I have suggested so far.
I'm sorry if none of these appeal to you; I haven't seen all the animes I would have liked to, and I may have slightly different tastes than you, but I hop this was at least a little helpful.

Maybe you should try reading manga; they're usually a lot better than the animes (kinda like how books are always better than the movie adaptation)
