Toilet flusher comes off the pipe and hits the top of the tank?
Everytime I flush the toilet the dudley turbo flusher pops off the pipe and hits the top of the tank, Ive tried pushing down hard, putting a jubilee clip around the pipe, cable tieing the dudley pipe to the toilet pipe, wedging something between the dudley and the tank, hitting the top with a hammer but it pops off everytime.
How is this even supposed to be secured? It has an o-ring around it which looks fine, the tapered part of the pipe doesnt seem like it would secure anything.
I've just watched an assembly video on youtube and found that they are secured with pegs, whats happened with my toilet is someone has put the pipe in at 'any angle' which means it will not line up with the peg.
I put a long flexible piece of plastic through the peg holes and it holds.

1 last thing, although they have rubber washers, there is silicone around which indicates that the rubber washer was not enough, rotating it may cause a leak.

go to home depot and buy a new one and replace it. easy project and cheap.
better than all the trouble. or get some pcv pipe cement or similar
depending on what it is made of. ask the home depot or lowe's.
