cat question do you know what's this hole in my cat?

Is a maicoon I noticed chunk of hair on my bed. I put advantage multi on the back of the neck one week ago.

    You didn't say where the hole is. A Maine coon cat has thick fur and often mats will fall out, but the skin stays intact.
