I live in Orlando FL near semoran is new yorikan town. We have athug living in our apartment complex that is vandalizing cars and windows but nobody saw him doing it. He told me that I am next cause I am a board member with a little voice in the community. I don't know anything about guns but I feel with fear in my first floor condo if anybody breaks in. I am 50 yrs old and I have a 7 yrs old daughter with me.

tenant got evicted, he has 3 Court hearing where the broken pipe was never mentioned till the guy downstairs found $15,000 US water damage to his ceiling, kitchen cabinets, mildew etc. the downstairs owner wants the upstairs owner/landlord to pay for the $15,000-$20,000. upstairs owner does not have insurance. the downstairs guy said that he has no insurance either BUT he does not live there, he lives in Puerto Rico and his condo is fully furnished and is like an investment. He said that he has no insurance but we don't know if he already cashed out his insurance check and wants me to pay for the repairs. (I am the upstairs owner/landlord)

I own a rental condo upstairs. My tenants made a hole in a pipe and caused $20, 000 US in damages to the condo downstairs. After two months in Court I hot them evicted. Now the owner downstairs wants to sue me for $30, 000. Even though I offered to pay for the repairs around $15, 000 US he wants more and more. He claims a picture is worth $700, the custom made curtains are $1, 600, the appliances are from IKEA and more. His apartment has been closed for two months now. The mildew is growing and spreading more if not treated due to the water damage. I am 50 yrs old, unemployed and the rent is my only income. I own 3 condominiums. They refused to pay rent cause they said ghey were sk cold that they turned the stove on to warm themselves. The AC unit they turned on heat and they called a friend to fix it without landors knowledge. They claim that they paid $300 for the fix. Lanlord files for evjctio. They challenged it now we are havjng a 15 minutes hearing next Friday in Court. His latest is Orlando FL the temperature is 78 F all year long.

I am about to be elected and I have no clue. All this years our association pays around $2, 000 US to a management office and their attorneys. So we the owners don't know what's up with the condos that people abandon cause they cannot pay their debts.

My HOA hired this convicted felon of violent crimes as our janitor. The guy is a drug dealer and a thug. He got many verbal confrontations with the neighbors. We complained to the management office already. One lady filed a restriction order because he was too close to her windows. The case was dismissed in court cause he works here. He was still harrasing her, she called the police and againg nothing

happened cause he worms here. So I have tge same exact problem. I set up a camera at my window I I got a video of him peeping thru my window and using a stick as a weapon tapping my window hoping I will step out for a fight and fail like my neighbor. So at this point I am thinking next time when he gets close to my window again shooting him. Can I do that? Orlando FL USA. If I call the police he will say that he was cleaning as an excuse.
