Are the thought police out in force tonight?

In the all categories section tonight I have run across more deleted questions than ever before. Are the arbiters of good taste on some sort of annual pogrom to rid us of free speech?

    I have noticed that the questions are nuttier than usual. The offensive non-questions and rants are about normal. I've been tempted but have limited myself to a few thumbs down today.
