should I not use bare minerals?
So I put on moisturizer (I use cera-ve and I don't think it moisturizes that well but whatever) and then I put on smashbox primer and then bare minerals ready foundation. I use a flat top kabuki to put it on. I have kinda dry skin but around my nose and chin and upper forehead near my hairline I tend to get kinda sweaty and I don't really know why lol. Anyways, the rest of my skin is dry and I feel like the bare minerals makes my face look powdery and sticks to dry parts of my skin or dried, healing acne on my face which is really unattractive. What should I do? Am I using it wrong? I've tried liquid foundations before but I am just not a fan. Bare minerals is so much easier to put on and there are no streaks or anything and it is not as messy.

if your skin is DRY powder will make more dryer
I suggest more Tinted moisturizer or BB cream this far more hydrating
and give sheer to medium coverage great for dry skin.

I feel your pain! I have tried Bare Minerals but powder never worked well for parts of my face that were dry. Honestly, the only alternative would be liquid and you just need to find the right brush and foundation to avoid the 'streaky' look. Make sure you look at the bottles to make sure it isn't made for oily skin.
