Xbox said they would pay for shipping, how?
I have an xbox one and something happened to it. It's under warranty so I contacted them and they said to ship it and they will cover the cost of shipping it to get it repaired.
How do they cover the cost? I went to UPS and they wanted to charge me. They said I need a pre paid label to ship without being charged.

As part of your call with Microsoft, they should have said they're sending you a prepaid waybill (or label)l, usually through email. If they didn't, call them back and get one. There's no way to ship for free without it.
