    A good friend of mine met her husband on Eharmony. They have inexpensive short-term memberships (makes sense, doesn't it ... their customer base wants long-term relationships, not hookups, so when you find someone, you stop looking.)

    Try okcupid. It's free and the system is pretty brilliant. I met my current partner from there, 9 months ago.
