I have a Dell Computer with Windows Vista Home Preium?
So how, after going to Internet options "properties" I wanted to clear sites visited (ect), and Accidentally cleared my pass words. I purchased the computer at an auction. and change m ID and Pass Word for being the Administrator with full control and added myself is as a guest user. I still have the Guest User ,that I can use. But lost my administrator user and MS.Windows does not recognize my ID and pass word and I also lost (MY) changing anything. Most likely Windows still has previous Owners ID and Pass Word and is rejecting it. The Lady Moved to California and I have no way to get in contact with her, as of yet!! Microsoft wants to charge me $129.00 to reset ID and Password. Is there another way that I can do this without going to Micro Soft? If there is I would be grateful to find out how

I take it you don't have the Windows Install disk? If you do, you should just reinstall Windows.
If you don't, look for a free program that allows you to display Serial Keys for Windows so you can write that down... then look for a Vista Install Disk and reinstall windows.

Try this download (NT Offline Password Removal Tool) to remove the passwords. Burn a CD from the ISO file and then boot from it. Anytime it asks you to make a choice, press Enter. It invariably makes the right choice.
Don't panic. This is very easy.
