I opened my up my computer and files and right clicked internet explorer file folder to my desk top, but have mp (Icon) Is there a way that I could remove all of these files and components and reinstall Internet Explorer I am running DELL Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit DELL RATING (3.0) AMD Athlon 64x2 Duel Core Processor.4000 2.10 GHz !!!! if i remove and download (IE) which would be the one that wooould be the best compatibility fr this computer? I attempted to upgrade with Windows 8? bad mistake !! I now have (NO) MMC or Windows internet explorer can not get MS0E.DLL and CAN NOT get into my RESTORE COMPUTER AND ALSO mY WINDOWS ACCOUNT SHOWS A RESTRICTION WHEN i TRY TO BE THE ADMINISTRATOR AND FINALLY I HAVE NOW, (0) BYTES !!(NOTHING) ON C:\ DRIVE. i HAVE CHANGED EVER SENSOR AND PLUGS AND WIRES, THAT RUNS GREAT "EXCEPT: IT DOES NOT IDLE CORRECTLY, AND USES GAS LIKE IT IS GOING OUT OF STYLE. I DID HAVE TWO VERY EXPERIENCED PEOPLE ASSIST ME AT AUTOZONE, WE HAVE GOTTEN EVERYTHING RECHECKED. WE ARE CONSIDERING THE THROTTLE BODY AS BEING THE FAULT, BUT NOT CERTAIN OF THIS,

NOTE: check engine light gives the 1 the 2 but no more codes follows this ( after we changed all the sensor's, the map EGR ect. (all of them) after starting the engine it does not idle at 500 rpm's it it (950) when not in drive! and the gas thru-put is excessive in the carburetor. when I go in gear it lowers somewhat, but idles at 1200 rpms and at 55 mph it will be at 1850 Rpm's If I shift into neutral the engine continues to (seems to be continuing to feed gas and thus does not slow down to idle, correctly Could this be that the throttle could be plugged up ? If you have any Ideas i would certain to follow them to check this out. I was thinking pulling the caburator and cleaning this out and replacing necessary parts NOTE there is no vacuum leaks.

I do realize the Same stock is old, and that there was a Stock Market Crash. and many people went bottom up. But the Bank still exists and was the TRUST for this Stock. I have a Dell desktop Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit computer. 531S ! It also has an AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core processor 4000+. ( It may be that my BIOS is in question **CAN AN UPDATE ON BIOS CORRECT THIS AND? OR WILL RECOVERY CORRECT THIS ??) But it was working perfect and I had a User Profile as Administrator and a standard User profile.

Then something went wrong, and I lost the Administrator (User) Icon> and only have the Guest User Account. So I can not make changes to add or change anything due to the previous person who owned the computer I got at an auction has it password protected and I called her in California , and she does not remember her windows pass word, (she is rather old) I want to recover to factory settings, and want to know the instructions to do this. But I have many of my writings and documents and sons and one book on the computer and want to keep them. If I do a full recovery I will lose about 15 years of work. is there also a way that I can do a partial full recovery that would not delete these items? I Thank you for any information You can send!! Something happened and I lost all of my Writings and could not get into change programs and would have to log in a Windows pass word This was a used Computer and the lady moved away to California, I called and she did not know any pass word as some one else set it up with for her. I tried hard to correct the problem then went here to Answers. I have read all the answers, and believe them to be really good but some of you had some difficulties with the methods. Then after hours and a few thoughts later, I went into Safe mode and tried all of them. It was when I tries and tried I ended up in the restore mode and reset my computer to an earlier date when I know the computer was good!!!!!! The Good news is, It worked!!!!!! WHOOPIE!! I regained being the Administrator, and got back into where I can do everything. I am a Writer and had many of my stories,Songs, Poems and my New book on this. and every thing was still there. It was the easiest thing of all. Nothing else did work but, It was just like I hit the Lottery again! So how, after going to Internet options "properties" I wanted to clear sites visited (ect), and Accidentally cleared my pass words. I purchased the computer at an auction. and change m ID and Pass Word for being the Administrator with full control and added myself is as a guest user. I still have the Guest User ,that I can use. But lost my administrator user and MS.Windows does not recognize my ID and pass word and I also lost (MY) changing anything. Most likely Windows still has previous Owners ID and Pass Word and is rejecting it. The Lady Moved to California and I have no way to get in contact with her, as of yet!! Microsoft wants to charge me $129.00 to reset ID and Password. Is there another way that I can do this without going to Micro Soft? If there is I would be grateful to find out how

I have a dell lay top that requires a Pass Word for the Hard Drive The lady I purchased it from, can not remember her password. Is there a way to get this information. I would also say A message says that it does not have a service tag #, and I can not find any information on this. It is a 2006 Year date of the computer In checking the screen It is giving a message NO HARD DRIVE on this last Item could a bad battery be a fault factor. I have bought a new charger.

I. really would like to know!!! Allow me to set this question up with information, so that you may better understand.

1 Drug Company's do research and find cures with medications and they send all the information to the Food and Drug Administration for their approval,

2. They then sell the Medications to the Doctors and Hospitals and also the Pharmacy's

At this point there is no Insurance participation in the Drug Plans respective to "We The People"

3. People will require medications when they become ill, and they shall go to the Doctor or to the Hospital to be checked out and treated as to Stabilize there medical problem.They shall then Go to a Pharmacy and fill out a prescription for the required medication, then to go home and rest and take the medication until such a time they are WELL !! Of course they will Pay the Doctor and/or Hospital and/or the Pharmacy for all costs factors involved with the service and care with cash money, Check or credit card. this is the Ideal condition prior to the insurance company;s involvement with the said person.

These steps: Drug Company's Manufacture drugs and sales it for what ever cost the can get! to the Doctors Hospitals and Pharmacy's, Who in-turn buy the medical supplies. and drugs and do a markup on the price and sell everything to the end user, "WE THE PEOPLE".

So far The people have completed their requirements by paying for the services of the above supplier's in the health care system. and they continue to do the same each and every day even up to today. and all people involved keeps accurate records as required by Law, and are very adapt to doing nothing less for the benefit of WE THE PEOPLE!!!

No Insurance plan is necessary for the people who have done this all with out an Insurance Provider !!!

Granted, the above is an Ideal condition of what really happens daily for those who can afford to do this.

So I would mention this, In an Ideal condition like this Would it be fare to say that we do not need an INSURANCE PROVIDER. to sigh these people up and then charge them money just to handle paper work. for the Government. NOTE: all the necessary paper work is done already by the care givers and is paid for!!!!It is a. "Done Deal"

The Government has in place, (PRIOR TO INSURANCE COMPANY"S INVOVEMENT), a plan to handle those that are poor, or those with out a job,STILL at this point they still do not require any Insurance Provider's!

As time passes the Insurance provider's become involved, and found a new way to make money. So they went to Washington and Advocated themselves into the Health care system by sending people to Lobby the Leaders of our Nation to allow them to keep the books and then formulate a plan to handle this health care! In doing so, they would get a payment from the people who joined their FIRM. and this in it's self drove up the cost of everything. Then in addition to this they do not cover every sickness and there is additional out of pocket deductibles that a person must pay. and of all the Insurance company's do not caver the same things and the cost factors are not the same on all products. and the penalties they are charging for the late enrollment is also given to the Insurance company's. even though the TIME FRAME that the Penalty was in reality paid for by the person 100 %. and therefore this penalty money is an excessive punishment assessed the person Who done the right thing up until they did join a plan! The Insurance Company did not even know the person existed prior to their joining, and did nothing to get paid anything!

The only thing they are doing is taking money and keeping records of the peoples payments and assuring they do not get any treatment, that they do not cover. They do nothing for the people what so ever.

Either with or with out an insurance company the people will do exactly what I said in the beginning. GET SICK, GET HELP. GET MEDICATION,PAY THE BILLS and GET WELL OR DIE All of this with out the help of the Insurance Company's,

SO why do we need the insurance Company's ? They only make the cost's Skyrocket.

I thank You for your time and concern. and would only say that instead of insurance Providers, and If the Government wants to take over the Health Care then they Hire people to work for the Government in unison with the health care people and not the insurance Company's This would save the Government Money and reduce the cost of health care.

I purchased this for a small cost and had to buy the Charger and correct the plug in and purchased the disks, When I turn this on it works fine now BUT!! It is asking for a pass word, I tried the one's the lady gave me, but it will not work and I can not download anything, nor can I run an operating system disk How can I find out what the pass word is so that I ca get into the computer the lady moved to California and I have no contact information Thank You

To inform all who took their time in answering My Computer Problem (IS Could not open Firefox and would get no0te (Can't load XPCOM) after getting the answers from Conqueror and Albert W and ME 2 All were somewhat correct in their answer's But since Conqueror answer it Blunt and to the point with no guess work! so That is why I selected her as my Best answer. Albert W came in next and then Me2 3rd I have noticed many people with this same problem on the internet The following was my NOVICE method Of corrective action that not only solved m problem but after getting on Yahoo answers I noted an Improved Yahoo page that showed up. What a DEAL that was !!

1. I went into my C drive and brought up all my files and deleted Firefox and then I deleted all the Icons and anything that had to do with Firefox. lastly I uninstalled Fire Fox, and then I ran a complete SCAN on computer. and then deleted all the stuff it found. then dear reader's I did the right thing and got in to Fire fox that was somehow with the yahoo Website, and downloaded it !!!!!!!!

I was thinking that my problem was with a Windows program but somehow an APP was interfering with not allowing it to be read correctly.
