Why isn't Marc Trestman on the hot seat?

Many poor decisions throughout this entire season. I have watched every Bears game this year and only 2 losses cannot be blamed on Trestman.

His boneheaded choice a few weeks ago in Minnesota to kick a field goal on 2ND DOWN cost them the game and eventually, the season.

I believe the media overlooks his stupidity because he appears to be a nice, well-intentioned guy. But his lack of football knowledge for someone of such responsibility is inexcusable.

I think you might want to re-read that statement right there buddy.

    Parents would run coaches out of Pop Warner leagues for decisions like those.

    Mainly because the defense was sad because of injuries

    also a learning curve from the CFL to the NFL

    almost every coach made mistakes

    but at ;least he didn't make boneheaded challenges

    The problem is at the top. The Halas-McClaskey family likes yes-men. And Trestman is good at telling them what they want to hear.

    It's his 1st season and even though he made a lot of rookie mistakes he is a good offensive jugornot we need to fix the defense, get rid of Conte and get rid of Tucker.

    That one play cost them the game, and the whole bears organization was at fault for losing that game and training staff
