I was told by my Doctor that my hip was wear and tear.Is there any remedy for it please?

It is very painful

    They can do a hip replacement. If you can't do that try some of the glucosamine joint supplements. I never thought they would work but started taking some a few months ago and I have noticed a difference. You could also ask your doctor about a steroid injection in the joint, it will provide some relief for a week or so.

    No, sorry, wear and tear isn't normally fixable.
