Can I lose weight just by running?
If I only run and diet can I lose weight or do I have do other workouts too? I am 130 lbs and I am trying to go down to 119.

If you run enough you don't even have to diet. but its best to cut back the fats and junk food and to run for an hour at least 3 times per week. You won't have to worry about weight.

Losing weight has to do with caloric deficit... Diet is key.
If you keep eating the same amount of calories that you are used to maintain 130 and start running you will lose some weight but progress won't be very fast... Unless you run serious amount every day.
3500 cals deficit is about losing pound, that's about running 35 miles for somebody your weight.

You have to do other workouts also because running and dieting is not enough for losing weight. So, try other workouts also.

Slide a little trampoline under your couch and also pull it out for Residence of Cards marathons.

eat breakfast there have been so many studies done that show that people who eat breakfast lose more weight

use a dash of cinnamon to give fruits such as bananas and melons a richer dessert feel without the sugar
