Turtle Beach XL1 Headset Xbox One??
So I bought an XL1 headset for my Xbox One. The Turtle Beach website said it would be compatibe, yet I can not hear anything out of the headset. I plugged the USB into the console, and I tried plugging the red and white cables in the back of my TV, and in my audio system. The green light came on, but no sound. Anyone else have this problem? What can I do to fix it???

Currently there is no turtle beach headset that is compatible with the Xbox one. You might be able to hear in game audio with them but you will not be able to use in game chat without an adapter that will be released in February 2014.

I have similar problem before though it's on PS3, but i think similar problem. If you connected the red and white plugs on the TV that means the headset is connected on the TV not in your XBOX. Plug your red and white plug on your own xbox's AV cable connector so that the sounds will come from your xbox.
