Tablet: Ematic 10" Genesis Prime XL Tablet, Android 4.1, 1GB, 4GB Storage, Wifi?

Fry's Electronics has this tablet for $99. That's very cheap. The one user review on Cnet said that it was junk.

Anyone have any helpful experience or comments about his tablet?

By the way, I have mobile broadband service that I can use with any computer that has a USB 2.0 port. I currently use it on a machine running Windows 7. I want to be able to access my own service and not have to depend upon finding free wifi.

Thanks for any help...

Junk is saying it nicely. Heap of steaming bovine feces would be a little more accurate.

The odds of it working more than 30 days are slim to none.

You want a good 10" tablet, you need about 3 times that, maybe a little less on sale.

google, asus, samsung, HP, dell, sony, amazon, lenovo maybe, you can buy a 10" tablet running Android. The 35 off-brands models on the market right now all come out of the same factories, and they are all cheap chinese crap.

A 10" tablet for $100 sounds good, but is a waste of money. Good 7" tablets are just reaching that point for Christmas sales on 1 generation back models. The current market for 10" tablets is about $300 on up.
