Windows keeps logs of various things.
In the search bar at the bottom of the start menu type "admin" and then open "Administration Tools", then "Event Viewer". Then under "Windows Logs" > "System" scroll down to "Kernel-General".
One will say" The operating system started at system time..."
One under that will say " The operating system is shutting down at system time..." (unless it was not a clean shut down and it crashed or you force powered it off).
