is there any way I can help?

So I was on my animal crossing game l, and was talking to a girl from Australia. We were talking and she started complaining about her parents. It lead to her telling me that her dad beat her with a coat hanger, and that she goes to school with bruises on her. I'm in the usa, she's in australia. Is there any way I can e-mail the adelaide CPS??

What a good thought. But resist the temptation to offer more than support and free research on legal, psychological issues IF it's wanted. Ask her what she is doing to get help with this. Remind her that support is available beginning with crisis centre which will accompany her to hospital to have her injuries documented and act as first witness. Hosp will alert authorities. But let her decide when the time is right. The good is she has a pal in you. The bad news is if she doesn't seek intervention and healing it's likely she'll do the same to her kids. That's the worst of it. But intervention quite often makes a bad situation worse. Offer support and research only if wanted. Don't press. Someone at home is already doing that.
