    T'is NOT always the way... I've seen some gorgeous legs in short skirts over the years..And then too, it makes a whole bunch of difference. whether they are wearing "flats" or HIGH HEELS...

    I MYSELF have "decent" looking legs (I'm a long time crossdresser) and with not being a "teeny bopper" any longer, my skirt lengths are limited to knee length and a "tad" shorter..
