I don't think they'll be one and done.
To what Kurt said about if Manning has a bad performance: He had a bad performance in NE, Moreno compensated the offense with 224 yards on the ground. They did lose the game, but it wasn't a Manning flub that ultimately ended the game.
Sapp: Manning had one of his best games this year in the cold against the Titans.
Manning is having a stellar season, and I don't see the offense showing any signs of slowing down. They are ready for whoever comes there way, although some matchups will be tough, I still don't think another team's defense is enough for the Broncos offense.
This is directed to some of the others who answered this question:
The #1 seed (Denver) will first face the winner of the #3-#6 seed game (SD or CIN). The #4 and #5 seed (IND and KC) play, the winner of that goes to #2 (NE) and then the winner of that goes to play the #1,#3, or #6 team, whichever won out.
So Indy can't play Denver in the divisional round, they can play them in the Conference Championship round. Same for the Chiefs, they won't be able to face Denver until the Conference Championship.

Obviously it's possible, saying something like "There is NO way that the Broncos will allow to drop the divisional again" shows a lack of knowledge as Denver has lost in the divisional round 2 years straight. But more importantly, Peyton Manning hasn't won a playoff game since the 2009 AFC Championship game and has only won 2 playoff games since winning the Super Bowl in 2006. While winning playoff games is a team accomplishment, those are numbers that are hard to ignore. I'd say it's very possible as the Denver defense is going to have to make stops in crucial situations, something they have failed to do this season against the better teams not named Kansas City.
But as far as Denver losing in the divisional round, I'd say it's more likely than not, but it largely depends on who the opponent is.

Well considering they either have San Diego or KC coming into Mile high, they could be. Before someone jumps on the Chiefs hatred bandwagon, go back and look at the games between the two and it was extremely close. While Denver is clearly the better team, KC does have the weapons to beat Denver and SD has already proven they can beat Denver at Mile High. Should be entertaining. I just can't wait for Manning to retire.

No, I want to see the AFC Championship matchup between Peyton Manning's Denver Broncos and Tom Brady's New England Patriots.

There is NO way that the Broncos will allow to drop the divisional again.. Just the thought of what happened last year will be enough motivation. In my opinion the Broncos will make it to the Superbowl and probably will win it, this is a magical season and it just cannot end anywhere else but in Superbowl.
And for the comment that Indy beat them, bad calls by the referees gave that game to the colts (took two touchdowns away from the Broncos) the Colts will be destroyed in Denver if that is the case.

I wanted a Brady vs Manning AFCCG last year, but Brady was the only one good enough to make it that far. Hopefully we can get one this season.

All three of their losses have come to teams that are in the playoffs. I wouldn't say it is a cake walk for them although I do give them the edge.

Indy already beat them once this year and they most likely will face them in the Divisional Round and it could happen again.

I think he wins the weak AFC..But he loses the SB to the Panthers ....
