What are some good snacks to replace sugary foods while dieting?

I know the obvious of fruit and stuff. But can you list any others, they don't have to completely sugar free just healthy.

    Dried fruits

    Nuts

    Sunflower seeds

    Boiled eggs

    Salad

    Homemade protein bars

    Homemade raw energy bars

    Oats

    Smoothy/ fresh juice

    Breakfast is breakfast .

    Snack is an apple or any fruit .

    Lunch is lunch .

    Snack is any fruit .

    And dinner is dinner .

    What else and what other time of the day do you need to eat to sustain yourself ?

    Personally, I love chocolate covered almonds. Yes, they have sugar, but chocolate and almonds are both good for you. They taste really fine too. I have a couple of bags every day and I'm in perfect health.
