I have recently started a new job in a restaurant as a prep coordinator. I have been there almost 3 weeks.

Yesterday I did a closing shift 16:00pm-1:00am but there was a staff meeting hours after starting at 9am finishing at 11am. I was tired and slightly sick with a headache, but I told a colleague that I didn't care and I wouldn't be coming to the staff meeting.

I sent a message on Whatsapp to the manager to say I was sick and she said the colleague told her what I said, Whatsapp was not the correct protocol for calling in sick and to still come anyways. Despite this I still did not go to the meeting.

Will I get fired for this or should I just resign?

Is it possible to do this at a tube station or online?

I know the obvious of fruit and stuff. But can you list any others, they don't have to completely sugar free just healthy.

I'm considering getting Netflix and I like to watch films with subs on them, I was just wondering what the subtitle quality is like. Are they like the subtitles you get on dvd?

I feel bad, because there was a leftover bit of chicken in the fridge so I ate it because it had been in there a while and would probably go off if it had been kept in there for any longer. When I ate a little piece I then remembered it was Good Friday.

What should I do?

Will God be angry at me for what I did?

Everyone I know has been talking about it so much and how gross it was for a hot girl like her to be kissing a nerd like him. I know godaddy was trying to be controversial with this so people will talk about it and spread their name around to attract potential customers, but why would a hot girl kissing a nerdy guy be controversial any ways? Seeing a hot girl with a guy outside her league isn't rare at all. How come they didn't they do an ad with an ugly girl with a hot guy instead?

So I sent a package to Denmark for my dear friend, on Tuesday (midday to be exact), and I sent it via Royal Mail (Air Sure) it weighed 973 grams and I paid £15.38 for it to be delivered within 2 days, this also included delivery tracking. Oh and I sent it from the UK, London.

For 3 days now when I have checked online to see if it has reached my friend, it says "YOUR ITEM HAS REACHED THE DESTINATION COUNTRY" along with "Your item, posted on 18/12/12 with reference XXXXXXXXXXXXX has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in DENMARK.

Considering I paid for it to be delivered within 2 days, it is taking a really long time, it should have really got there by Thursday. I would really like for it to be get there by Christmas.

Could you answer me this:

Is international delivery slow in Denmark?

Do they deliver on Saturdays?

Would they do deliveries on Christmas Eve?

When will my package get there?

So a friend of mine sent me a package for Christmas, and she left her address so I can send her one back, she lives in Denmark and the address she left she wrote "Denmark", in the Danish language I'm sure they say it "Danmark", so should I put Denmark or Danmark on it?
