Jesus lived 2000 years ago. I don't think any women were wearing jeans and tee shirts back then.

Jesus was Jewish, and so followed the Law as given to Israel by Moses.

Many Christians still try to do that today.

As for the hand washing...Sweetie, you need to read the Bible. For instance, this passage from Mark 7:

I don't have any idea where you got the notion that Jesus prayed with His head on the floor...it doesn't say that anywhere in the Bible at all, nor anywhere else that I've ever heard of.

they are both prophets , to spread love and religion , so yea Mohammad only came to complete what the last

Jesus did not do a "ramadan" for 40 days. He fasted for 40 days. Ramadan is a month in the Islamic calendar and is 30 days long. How could he do a "ramadan" for 40 days then? He did fast for 40 days in order to focus on his upcoming ministry.
