I don't know the difference between dubstep and any other genre of music, so please tell me why or why not these are dubstep. Thanks.
As said before, I'd like it if you'd provide details on why it is dubstep or why it isn't dubstep. I don't just want the genre. I'd also like whatever genre these are classified in explained to where I could understand. Thank you.

Those are brostep. Brostep tends to have a "poppy", loud, commercialized sound. Brostep tends to have a lot singing in it as well. This music is not for relaxing.
Dubstep is dark, laidback, and trippy music; and may have a little to medium Jamaican influence. Dubstep can also be very minimalistic and jazzy, too. Dubstep came out of UK/2-Step Garage in the late '90s-early '00s, so their influence may seem a bit similar to dubstep. Rule of the "dub-" prefix: perfect music to listen to while stoned.

Brostep, and the person who answered before, Skrillex is Brostep as well. America's perception of what dubstep actually is, is way off. I'm American, I'm allowed to make these claims, I deal with a lot of people in the EDM fanbase.

I would think that these are dubstep, but if you want to know the difference between different genres and dubstep itself, then listen to this link. (This link is dubstep, and you have to listen to at least most of it)
