9 weeks, feeling movement... I swear!?
I am 9 weeks pregnant, I charted so I know my ovulation date (10/11/13) and gestational age was confirmed by ultrasound. So I know I'm not farther along than I thought. This is my second baby.
I can feel movement already! If I felt it once or twice, or even several times during an hour, I would say it must be gas. But I've been feeling it off and on all day! I know what it feels like from my first pregnancy, like popcorn popping. Please tell me I'm not nuts :)

I will be honest, technically babies at that stage can only do little dances or jumping like movements from the spinal movements. This is said not to be feel able. With that said, I have watched as babies moved and mothers swear they could feel it. Mind you that yes the arms and legs are not developed but at that stage the can do "popcorn" movements with their spines.

Its gas. At 9 weeks the fetus is just developing arm buds and legs. It is highly unlikely it is actual fetal movement. It cant kick, jab or even stretch far enough out to make a blip. At 9 weeks, (2&1/2 weeks ago) I also had popcorn popping, but it was gas bubbles and I had them all day long. It feels almost the exact same as it did when I first had jabs and kicks at 18 weeks with my first so I know what you're saying. Remember that pregnancy also messes with your bowels so just keep that in mind.

Yes, I felt movement during the first 2-1/2 months of my pregnancy. No, you are not nuts. Some are more sensitive than others.
