I would recommend Munich first because there is Dachcu and Newswanstein Castle ( Disneyland Castle) near by. Munich is also famous for its beer and food, so I would say Munich. Don't get me wrong I visit both and Berlin is a great city ,but I like Munich better. I hope this helps you
