Looking for a good note taking app for iPad?

I'm looking for something I can use to organize documents, but I would also like to write on it instead of type (because I am taking a lot of math/physics classes that make it difficult to use a regular keyboard). Any suggestions?

Update:

Thanks for the suggestions! I need to stress the importance of having the ability to hand write notes however. Regular keyboards won't help much for most of my classes, and I prefer not to use paper because it is less organized (and of course less Eco friendly!) Thanks again!
