Is it ever too late for a crush? (high school seniors)?

There's this girl that I have a serious crush on, and I have had one now for about 2 months. We used to talk in class, we used to look at each other, and she used to laugh at everything I would say. Things were going real good.

While we still glance at one another and she gives the occasional laugh, I feel like I waited too long with her. I never got her phone number (big mistake, but I am shy, and she seems like it too). Is it possible to win her interest back, or have I waited too long for her? Whenever I talk to her, she doesn't seem real responsive, short sentence answers mainly. Yet she still compliments my school work, and still thinks I'm somewhat funny.

All I truly want is her friendship at this point, I feel like I've lost it to a certain degree. How can I win her back?

It's not too late. Just be you. If she doesn't like that, then you deserve someone better... I went through the same thing a while back, and now, I'm with that girl, and we've been dating for a year and a half. It couldn't hurt to try. You'd be in no worse situation than you already are in, right?

Just be honest with her. She obviously likes you at the least a liitle bit so just ask her out. Maybe shes thinking the same thing as you are. You will never know what happens if you dont ask so be a man and just ask her on a date, good luck!

There is only TWO times when it will be TOO LATE.  (1)  When you die.   (2)  When some other guys beats you to her, because you were wondering if its ever too late.
