I think 5s. It has a really good color quantity and it has all the things you mentioned and it is smaller then the Samsung so it is easier to carry, but it might be good to try something new. Here is a link that compares both phones...

I think it best all device. iPhone 5S screen it small than Samsung note3 if you need to play game choose Samsung note3
