Amending before forwarding?
I'd like to delete various email addresses etc from messages that I'm going to forward, but in the new Yahoo!Mail I seem to be unable to forward a message once I've changed it?
Also, I have to laugh when I try to "contact Customer Care" and all it'll do is send me to Yahoo!Answers ... not that I don't appreciate Yahoo!Answers, but it's a lame excuse for "Customer Care."

Hello,
I was unable to replicate the issue that you're describing. I believe this is a temporary error. You should be able to delete any text from an email that you are forwarding including any of the header or email information for previous recipients. Please try the following browser troubleshooting procedures and let us know if the issue continues:
