Anger, where does it originate? Can it be controlled? Why is it so addictive amongst the general public?
I'd like to read a good book on this. I've always been fascinated by humanities endless cycle of violence. History appears to teach us nothing in that regard.

According to me, there is no book which is better than your brain. Outsmart. There are mind blowing thoughts, ideas and programs for leaders like you. Brighten up the mood ring of your team or group. It is possible to accomplish astounding feats by influencing several minds to coalesce and move in unison as a single mind. Alone we can do too little; together we can do wonders in life. Be a voracious reader, be a tutor or mentor. Take the pledge. Act as a role model or trend setter.
