My boyfriend says in controlling!!!! Is that a good or bad quality? And why?

Are you bossy? Like telling him what he can and cant do or like who he can or cant talk to? Maybe he means that way. If he says you're controlling maybe just back off a little. Maybe not TOO MUCH because you don't want him to think you don't care, but just to give him his space so he can't say you're being too controlling. Maybe it's a Jasmine thing because my boyfriend has told me this before too! LOL :) Noooo, but it can turn into a bad thing if you dont learn to fix it. My boyfriend and I live together so we pretty much do everything together now but when he kinda like "asks" to do something I'm just like "sure, that's fine...you dont have to ask to do that" or something like that. I may not agree with it everytime but I had to realize he needs his space and nobody likes a controlling person. Maybe try asking him what he wants to do instead of always making the decisions. & all that is if you do make the decisions or tell him what to do etc. I cant see how you texting him when he thinks about you, getting your hair done how he wants it, is being controlling? Maybe ask him what he means by you being controlling because COMMUNCATION is a must!!!! Good luck! :)

You don't sound controlling at all. He used the wrong word to describe you. You are just intense and passionate. Which are good qualities to have depending on the right guy who can not only appreciate it, but handle it. Yea, a controlling person would be considered a girlfriend who checks his texts, tells him how to dress and tells him when and exactly what time to anwser the phone when she calls.
