fingers are numb (not sore) for 2 days straight?

I've been recently working in the cold, and my hands freeze quickly (and after awhile it will start hurting, probably frostbitten) even with proper glovewear. One day I came home from work and once my hands thawed out, my middle, ring, and pinky fingertips on both hands have been numb for 2 days. i was thinking it was something relating to carpel tunnel but I'm not sure. I do draw a lot, often 3 to 4 hours every other day on the computer mostly with a tablet. My wrist doesn't hurt, and bought a wrist splint recently to try to reduce the severity if it is carpels. Other symptoms include very slight neck pain when I bend my neck to the left. Any suggestions on what this might be?
